What You ll Do

• Provide general anesthesiology care for adult and healthy pediatric patients
• Support cardiac cases, including open-heart and TAVRs, with TEE skills required
• Cover surgical procedures such as general surgery, GYN, OB, vascular, urology, neuro/spine, ortho, ENT, dental, EP, and GI
• Collaborate with anesthesia techs, CRNAs, and CAA support for medically directed cases and solo call coverage
• Respond to weekday and weekend call as needed, including 1st and 2nd call rotations
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the perioperative process
• Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and standards

What You Need

• Active WI State Medical License in good standing
• Board Certification in Anesthesiology (required)
• TEE skills for cardiac coverage
• Ability to work independently during call shifts
• Strong communication and clinical skills
