Senior Dynamics 365 CRM Developer Power Platform & PCF

We are seeking an experienced Senior CRM Developer with deep expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM , Power Platform , and PCF . The role involves end-to-end ownership of Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions, including design, development, integration, and deployment. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and a track record of successfully implementing CRM solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions, including Cases, Activities, Queues, SLAs, ARC, Email Template management, and PCF controls. Build and manage complex Power Automate flows for scenarios such as email-to-case, ARC logic, routing, and exception handling. Manage and troubleshoot email integrations, including Exchange synchronization, mailbox configuration, correlation logic, and disclaimer handling. Promote solutions safely across DEV → UAT → PROD environments, including handling hotfixes and rollback planning. Participate in UAT readiness, go-live checklists, and post-deployment validation activities. Required Skills (Top 3) Dynamics 365 CRM Power Platform PCF (PowerApps Component Framework) Preferred Qualifications Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 Customer Service processes.
