The opportunity We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 CE Technical Architect to join our consulting delivery team. This is a billable, delivery‑first role where you will design and build solutions for Quisitive clients. This is not a review‑only architect role. You will remain deep in the platform, solving complex problems and ensuring solutions are built the right way. What you will do Serve as a billable consulting architect accountable for technical delivery success Own end‑to‑end technical delivery from early design through post‑go‑live support Design and build Dataverse‑first architectures for varying complexity of clients Define data models, security models, and environment strategies Build plugins, integrations, flows, model‑driven customizations, and Power Pages solutions in support of client requirements as well as Quisitive IP Engage with Microsoft Fasttrack as required to validate solution Support sales as needed in scoping and technical presentations Identify and mitigate technical risks and delivery blockersMentor developers through hands‑on coaching and code reviews Facilitate architecture and design workshops with clients Participate in the Dynamics ecosystem via blog posts, presentations, webinars and conference attendance Platforms you will work with Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys Power Apps (model‑driven and canvas) Power Automate Power Pages Microsoft Dataverse integrations What makes you a great fit 5+ years operating as a Dynamics 365 CE Technical Architect Proven success in billable consulting delivery roles or private industry Practical Power Platform ALM experience Strong troubleshooting and communication skills Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience What will set you apart Experience with a Microsoft systems integrator Previous experience leading a team including onshore and offshore technical consultants Industry Experience with Manufacturing focused client base Ownership of multiple concurrent delivery engagementsDynamics CRM or on-premises to online migration experience Architecture workshop and POC leadership Microsoft certifications such as Power Platform Solution Architect Expert About Quisitive With significant growth since 2016, Quisitive is rapidly progressing our vision of becoming the leading global Microsoft partner as we continue to expand across the United States, Canada and India.
