Assistant District Manager (ADM)
Jackson Hewitt Tax Service | Greater Charlotte Area
Are you a natural leader who enjoys helping people succeed, solving problems, and driving business results? Jackson Hewitt is looking for an energetic and motivated Assistant District Manager (ADM) to help lead multiple tax office locations throughout the Greater Charlotte area.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coaching teams, building relationships, recruiting talent, improving operations, and creating exceptional client experiences. You'll work closely with the District Manager to support office operations, develop team members, and help ensure a successful tax season.
What You'll Do

• Support the day-to-day operations of multiple retail tax offices.
• Recruit, interview, onboard, and develop seasonal team members.
• Coach and mentor employees to deliver outstanding client service.
• Assist with training initiatives and tax season readiness.
• Conduct regular office visits to ensure company standards are met.
• Help resolve client concerns and support escalated situations.
• Monitor office performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support marketing, community outreach, and client retention efforts.
• Assist with office setup, technology readiness, facilities needs, and supplies.
• Partner with the District Manager to achieve revenue, growth, and staffing goals.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of leadership, supervisory, or management experience.
• Strong communication and people-development skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to motivate and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and other business applications.
• Tax preparation knowledge is a plus but not required.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between locations.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends during tax season.
