Assistant Regional Distribution Manager Location: Charlotte, NC Schedule: 1st Shift | 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM (occasional extended hours) Salary: $74,000 - $81,000 About the Role Join a growing national distributor of emergency medical supplies as part of a newly launched distribution center in Charlotte. This leadership role supports daily warehouse operations, supervises team members, and serves as the backup to the Regional Distribution Manager. Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory, order fulfillment, shipping, and replenishment.
• Supervise and develop warehouse staff while ensuring safety, accuracy, and productivity goals are met.
• Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous process improvements.
• Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to oversee operational activities.
• Act as site leader when the Regional Distribution Manager is unavailable.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse, distribution, or logistics leadership experience.
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical device, or other regulated distribution environments.
• Strong inventory management, team leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with WMS platforms and Microsoft Office.
• Forklift certification preferred.

Additional Requirements

• Willingness to obtain Florida Designated Representative (DR) certification and California pharmaceutical distribution licensure upon hire.
• Ability to pass background screening, fingerprinting, and licensing requirements.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and perform regular warehouse-related physical activities.
