Job Description Job Description MPS is urgently looking for a Front Desk Warehouse Associate for the city of Carson CA!
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: [8:00am-4:30pm]
Pay: $17-$19 Depending on experience (weekly pay)
Job Summary
The Front Desk Warehouse Associate serves as the first point of contact for visitors, drivers, vendors, and customers at the warehouse facility. This role combines administrative front desk duties with warehouse coordination responsibilities to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Duties:
Greet and assist visitors, drivers, and vendors in a professional manner
Answer and direct phone calls and emails
Check in/out delivery drivers and verify shipment paperwork
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous front desk, receptionist, or warehouse experience preferred
Basic knowledge of shipping/receiving procedures
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Bilingual
