Manager, Treasury

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:

The Manager, Treasury will help operationalize Pizza Hut’s standalone treasury capability by leading key treasury processes, analysis, reporting, controls, and execution. This role will support cash management, liquidity planning, banking administration, treasury governance, and financial risk analysis while partnering closely with Finance, FP&A, Controllership, Tax, Legal, Operations, and external banking partners. The Manager will translate treasury priorities into disciplined day-to-day execution, scalable processes, and leadership-ready insights that support Pizza Hut’s global business priorities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Cash Management, Liquidity Planning, and Forecasting

• Lead daily and periodic cash positioning, cash visibility, and liquidity analysis across accounts, entities, and business needs.
• Own short-term and long-term cash forecasting processes, including inputs, assumptions, variance analysis, reporting, stakeholder follow-up, and continuous improvement.
• Analyze cash flow trends, funding requirements, and liquidity risks to develop insights and recommendations for Treasury and Finance leadership.
• Coordinate cash movement, funding requests, intercompany activity, and related documentation in alignment with policies, controls, and approval requirements.
• Support efficient cash deployment across entities and geographies by partnering with internal stakeholders and escalating liquidity needs or risks as appropriate.

Banking Operations, Administration, and Controls

• Manage global bank account administration activities, including account openings and closings, signatory maintenance, access governance, documentation, and periodic account audits.
• Support bank account transitions, treasury infrastructure readiness, and related activities for a standalone Pizza Hut treasury environment.
• Manage banking compliance requirements, including KYC refreshes, regulatory requests, bank documentation, and related recordkeeping.
• Execute treasury controls, including review procedures, documentation standards, segregation of duties, risk escalation, and remediation follow-through.
• Identify and implement opportunities to simplify and strengthen banking processes, controls, reporting, and governance.

Treasury Reporting, Analysis, and Process Improvement

• Own recurring treasury reporting for cash balances, liquidity, banking activity, exposures, fees, covenant support, and other key treasury metrics.
• Build leadership-ready analysis that supports decision-making, audit requests, treasury governance, transition readiness, and broader Finance priorities.
• Lead improvements to treasury reporting, data quality, templates, process documentation, and control evidence.
• Drive execution of treasury projects, including process transitions, reporting enhancements, policy support, governance improvements, and standalone capability buildout.
• Translate treasury data and operational details into clear insights, risks, recommendations, and leadership-ready narratives.

Financial Risk Management and Capital Support

• Support analysis of foreign exchange, interest rate, liquidity, counterparty, and other financial exposures, including tracking drivers and identifying potential mitigation considerations.
• Monitor market conditions, treasury risks, and key indicators that may impact liquidity, financing, business planning, or financial flexibility.
• Support debt, credit facility, covenant, capital structure, and financing readiness analysis through modeling, reporting, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
• Provide analytical and operational support for treasury initiatives related to risk mitigation, financing readiness, and business transformation.

Cross-Functional Partnership and Stakeholder Support

• Partner with Finance, FP&A, Controllership, Tax, Legal, Operations, and business teams on treasury-related processes, reporting, compliance needs, decisions, and risks.
• Coordinate with external banking partners, advisors, and service providers to resolve operational issues, support execution, and advance treasury priorities.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders on treasury requirements, timelines, risks, trade-offs, and recommended actions.
• Operate with strong ownership, judgment, urgency, and attention to detail in a lean, fast-paced, and evolving environment.

People Leadership

• This position has people leadership responsibilities, including leading, coaching, developing, and managing team members to achieve business objectives. The role is accountable for team performance, talent development, employee engagement, and fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in treasury, corporate finance, banking, accounting, financial planning, or a related finance function.
• Experience leading cash management, forecasting, bank account administration, liquidity reporting, treasury operations, or related processes.
• Experience with international liquidity structures, including global cash management, intercompany funding, and notional cash pooling.
• Experience with foreign exchange risk management and hedging programs, from exposure identification and strategy development through execution and monitoring.
• Experience with debt and capital markets, including credit facilities, debt administration, covenant analysis, refinancing, capital structure analysis, and financing transactions.

Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies

• Strong knowledge of financial statements, cash flow, working capital, corporate finance, liquidity management, banking operations, and treasury controls.
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills, with the ability to identify key drivers and risks and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Proven ability to improve processes, strengthen controls, enhance reporting and governance, and drive execution in a lean or evolving environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence senior and cross-functional stakeholders and explain treasury concepts clearly.
• Ability to independently manage multiple priorities, details, deadlines, and decisions under pressure.
• Strong ownership, attention to detail, sound judgment, discretion, risk awareness, and commitment to financial stewardship.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• MBA, Certified Treasury Professional (CTP), CPA, or a related advanced degree or certification.
• Experience supporting treasury transitions, standalone readiness, finance transformation, or treasury process and capability buildout initiatives.
