Shipping & Receiving ClerkPROMAN Staffing is hiring a Shipping & Warehouse Clerk for a warehouse/manufacturing facility. This is a great opportunity for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and interested in building warehouse, shipping, and inventory experience.This role supports daily warehouse operations by helping with material movement, order pulling, packing, labeling, inventory counts, and general shipping and receiving tasks. The ideal candidate will be reliable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.Job Responsibilities:Assist with loading and unloading inbound and outbound shipmentsPull materials and products for customer orders and production requestsMove materials throughout the warehouse and production areasStack, organize, and store products using proper material handling proceduresCount, verify, and record inventory as directedPack, label, and prepare shipments for deliveryInspect materials for visible damage and report shortages or discrepanciesMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaOperate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment safelyParticipate in forklift training and obtain in-house forklift certification if requiredFollow all company safety policies, quality standards, and warehouse proceduresSupport shipping, receiving, and warehouse team members as neededPerform additional duties as assignedQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent preferredPrevious warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred but not requiredAbility to perform basic math and inventory countsBasic computer skills preferredAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsStrong attention to detail and organizationAbility to work well in a team environmentWillingness to learn warehouse, shipping, and inventory processesAbility to obtain in-house forklift certification if requiredPhysical Requirements:Ability to stand and walk for long periods of timeAbility to bend, reach, stoop, twist, push, pull, and carry materials throughout the shiftAbility to safely handle warehouse materials and equipmentAbility to lift up to 35 lbs. regularlyAbility to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.Must be comfortable working in a warehouse/manufacturing environment with moving equipment, forklifts, noise, and varying temperaturesWhy Work with PROMAN Staffing?Weekly payHealth benefits available401(k) with up to 6% company matchReferral bonus opportunitiesDirect support from your local PROMAN recruiterOpportunity to gain valuable warehouse and manufacturing experienceLong-term employment opportunities with reputable local employersThis position requires dependable attendance, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely in a warehouse environment.
