Sourcing and executing transactions meeting investment criteria of CIM's Infrastructure and Impact investment vehicles. Lead transactions from sourcing through disposition: investment sourcing, underwriting, transaction negotiation, coordination of diligence, and execution, asset management and oversight of business plan. 5-10% North American travel. Requirements:Required: BS in Economics, Finance, International Economics and Finance, or related. 7 years' experience: investment banking or private equity, including infrastructure investing; business and investments; financial modeling (debt and project finance modeling). 5 years' experience with: written communication and presentations in the banking or private equity sector; management of multiple stakeholders and deadlines. #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobs.now
