The Project Accountant plays a key role in tracking and reporting on the project’s financial performance, directly contributing to the company’s mission to redefine how America builds. The TL;DR Role: Early Career Location: In-person Mission: This role is responsible for ensuring accurate financial tracking and reporting for projects. What You’ll Actually Do Process the monthly owner requisition. Ensure subcontractors comply with contract terms and billing procedures. Process budget updates and cost transfers as needed for projects. Select invoices to be included in the weekly disbursement cycle. Monitor and track the cash position of the project, assisting the Corporate Risk Manager with Contractor Controlled Insurance Program (CCIP) administration. The Must-Haves Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or another relevant field, preparing for an early career in project accounting. Experience: 0-3 years of related experience in accounting or financial tracking.
