The Real Job:


This is a full-cycle, phone-based sales role. You will spend most of your day on the phone sourcing, qualifying, and placing travel healthcare professionals (nurses, nursing support, and allied) into assignments across the country.

Success in this role comes from showing up every day, putting in the activity, and staying patient while your desk builds. The early months are high-volume and require real consistency. Over time, that effort turns into a desk with strong earning potential, more autonomy, and the ability to make a meaningful impact.


What You'll Do


• Make a high volume of outbound calls every day to source and engage healthcare professionals
• Qualify candidates and build trust in both you and Titan
• Match travelers to open jobs and present opportunities clearly and persuasively
• Manage the full cycle: outreach submission offer onboarding support
• Build and maintain relationships with the travelers on your desk
• Track your activity and results accurately
• Hit daily and weekly activity metrics while steadily growing your placements

Preferred Education and Experience


• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Previous experience in a competitive or high-activity role


Required Education and Experience


• High school diploma or GED and 1-3 years of experience in sales, recruiting, customer service, or a related field
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport over the phone
• Comfortable working in a high-volume phone and metrics-driven environment
• Willingness to work in-office Monday-Friday in Omaha


Compensation


• Base salary: $45,000
• Uncapped commission
• $3,000 permanent increase to base pay if you get 3 travelers working within your first 90 days
• Top performers typically earn $130,000 - $170,000+
