What you’ll bring:

• Active Florida Occupational Therapy license
• Enthusiasm for working with K-12 students in educational settings
• Comfort with traveling between different schools throughout Hendry County (assignments determined before the school year begins)
• Previous school experience is a plus, but passion, adaptability, and collaborative spirit are a must

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive OT services, including assessments, developing goals, and implementing intervention plans for a diverse K-12 student population
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and fellow specialists to support student participation and success in the classroom
• Assist with IEP development and documentation, ensuring compliance with local and state policies
• Foster positive relationships with students, families, and school staff, contributing to a supportive learning environment
• Maintain detailed records and manage caseload across multiple school sites
