Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you'll work exclusively onsite, collaborating with a dynamic team and engaging with a diverse caseload at the elementary level. Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active state licensure (or eligibility) for Louisiana
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; open to Clinical Fellows (CF)
• School-based and/or pediatric experience highly valued
• Strong ability to organize and manage a caseload of 50–60 students
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Deliver direct therapeutic services to students
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers
• Maintain accurate records and monitor student progress
• Participate in IEP and other school-based team meetings
• Provide counseling and support to students and their families
