General Laborers Needed - Hiring Immediately!

Job Description

Pulling raw material orders, staging them for production, and gradually learning machine operation and other key processes. Entry-level role: Build skills in production, forklifts, and equipment, with clear opportunities to grow into roles such as inside sales and other positions within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Pull and stage raw materials to support daily production schedules.
• Assist with production, assembly, and general warehouse activities as needed.
• Learn to operate production equipment and support machine operators.
• Organize inventory and move materials throughout the facility safely.
• Maintain a clean work area while following all safety procedures.

Ideal Skills

• Manufacturing, warehouse, production, or general labor experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, move, and stage materials throughout the shift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail when pulling orders and handling materials.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work well with a team.
• Order picking, inventory, or warehouse experience is a plus.
• Experience operating forklifts or other material handling equipment
• Assembly, material handling, or general labor experience preferred.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spokane, WA.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
