• Practice Type: Full-time, hospital-employed positions
• Clinical Scope:
- Provide a full range of endocrinology services - Split time between outpatient clinic and inpatient consults
• Team Composition:
- Join a multidisciplinary team of six Endocrinologists, two Diabetologists, Advanced Practice Providers, Pharmacist, Care Managers, RNs, Diabetes Educators, and other staff - Supported by a large Primary Care network with 82+ sites of care Essential Functions
• Assess and monitor the medical needs of patients and their significant others
• Deliver high-quality, cost-effective care while ensuring consistent coverage of the caseload
• Collaborate in the development of policies and procedures related to medical practice and quality patient care
• Oversee care provided by Advanced Practice Providers and other delegated team members
• Evaluate and address educational needs of patients, families, and staff, delegating as appropriate
• Maintain documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
• Communicate with the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care and coordination of services
• Act as a patient and family advocate
• Participate in clinical process improvement and quality initiatives
• Contribute to achieving financial and patient satisfaction goals

Qualifications
• Medical Degree (MD/DO) with licensure in Michigan
• Board Eligible/Board Certified in Endocrinology
• Fellowship-trained in Endocrinology
• Certifications:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) - Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Community Details
