Accounting Coordinator

We're seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting / Office Support Specialist to support day-to-day accounting and administrative operations in a small, professional office environment. This role is ideal for someone with QuickBooks Online experience who enjoys a mix of accounting, coordination, and light customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter bills, invoices, estimates, and credits (customer and vendor) in QuickBooks Online
• Manage invoicing and ensure accurate entry between systems
• Support payroll by verifying time entries
• Assist with answering incoming calls and general office support

Qualifications

• Knowledge of QuickBooks required
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel
• 3+ years of experience assisting with administrative and accounting duties
• Must be dependable and available for onsite work - 40 hours/wk

Schedule

• Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Pay Details: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
