Qualifications Strong market development and networking skills. Self‑motivated, disciplined, and goal‑oriented. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication; demonstrated success in building new relationships. Commitment to professionalism, honesty, and a strong work ethic. BA, BS, and/or graduate degree or equivalent work experience. Sales experience ideal. Financial industry or insurance experience not required, but must be able to obtain appropriate license(s). Bi‑lingual a plus (Spanish & English). Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident. Compensation & Benefits Anticipated income: $65,000K – $150,000K. Results‑driven compensation.
