WHAT YOUR DAY LOOKS LIKE

Our Premium Admin - Billing Specialist plays a critical part on our financial team by ensuring all finance-related activities and documents are 100% accurate. You'll assist with basic accounting and bookkeeping functions, managing competing priorities to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and on time. You will:

• Track invoices, manage deposits, and print checks in QuickBooks
• Deposit bank funds and verify ACH activity
• Review balance sheets, P&L statements, and other financial records for accuracy
• Accurately prepare self-funded organ transplant and stop loss invoices
• Set up premium rate tables in WLT
• Assist with the annual financial audit, year-end accounting responsibilities, and additional duties as needed

PREMIUM ADMIN - BILLING SPECIALIST SCHEDULE

You'll work a Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm schedule (with overtime available).

REQUIREMENTS

• Associate degree in accounting OR 3+ years of professional accounting experience
• QuickBooks and journal entry experience
• Account reconciliation and review experience
• Proven ability to accurately reconcile and audit data
• Sharp attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
• Solid bookkeeping, credit, and debit knowledge
• Microsoft Word proficiency
• Demonstrated high levels of attendance
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• High school diploma (or equivalent)
• Flexible and proactive approach to projects
