Accounts Receivable Specialist

The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible managing the company’s accounts receivable and other accounting or finance activities. Description Daily check deposits Posting payments to customer accounts Processing payments upon direction by accounts Working with accounts to reconcile balances Collaborate with other various departments in customer service, sales, production, and shipping to resolve accounting situations with accounts Communicate with accounts on past due balances, payment issues and other accounting topics Collaborate with bank on deposits and other accounts receivable topics Other AR activities such as billing, applying credits, running and maintaining reports, and basic reconciliations Qualifications A minimum of 2 years of accounts receivable experience Comfortability in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook & Word) This position requires a strong attention to detail You should possess ability to uphold strict confidentiality Enjoys working numbers and varying degrees ofcomplexity Strong multi-tasking capabilities College degree not required Perks/Benefits Full time position 401K opportunity with 4% company match Health Insurance options to select Casual dress code every day!
