Clinical Nurse - Neuro Interventional Radiology

Role Overview: Provides direct patient care including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, medication, and post-treatment needs. Participates in activities that ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, while engaging in ongoing professional development. Key Responsibilities: Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans with clear goals, collaborating with the interprofessional team, patients, and families. Uses critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values, cultural, spiritual, and population-specific considerations. Ensures communication of the care plan across all levels of care, proactively addressing barriers to patient involvement. Supports a safe, healing environment and adheres to regulatory standards. Qualifications & Skills: Licenses & Certifications: Valid RN license. Experience: No experience required; 2+ years in ICU, ED, IR, or Cath Lab preferred. Skills: Strong assessment, communication, and collaboration abilities; commitment to safety and professional growth.
