Registered Nurse - LDRP

Schedule: Days (0700-1930) with occasional weekends. One 12-hour call shift required per pay period.

Job Description: The LDRP team provides comprehensive labor, delivery, recovery, postpartum, and newborn care in a family-centered, medically safe environment. All sites are equipped for GYN surgical care, supported by a dedicated team of nurses and medical staff.

Responsibilities:

• Provide care during labor and delivery, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for mothers and newborns.
• Monitor fetal well-being and manage postpartum care.
• Engage in nursing practices related to triage, labor, delivery, and nursery stabilization.
• Collaborate with other medical staff to ensure comprehensive care for high-risk neonates.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Current unencumbered Oregon RN license required upon submission.
• Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification required.
• AHA ACLS and NRP certifications are mandatory.
• Basic Fetal Monitoring skills are required; STABLE certification preferred.
• Previous experience in stabilization of high-risk neonates is preferred.
