Training & Support: Comprehensive training on our products, systems, and installation standards, with ongoing support from our local shop team. Key Responsibilities Transport materials and perform precise, high-quality on-site installations of custom cabinetry and home organization systems. Install pre-cut wood and melamine components efficiently using the 32mm cabinet system. Use hand and power tools to complete on-site adjustments, scribing, trim work, and finishing details as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area while working in clients’ homes. Communicate clearly and courteously with clients to ensure a positive experience and complete satisfaction at project completion. Job Requirements Experience: Minimum 1 year of cabinet installation, finish carpentry, woodworking, or related hands-on trade experience. 32mm System Knowledge: Familiarity with 32mm cabinet construction, assembly methods, and hardware installation preferred. Valid Driver’s License: Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Proficiency with standard hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to quality workmanship and customer service.
