BAE Systems is seeking a Program Manager Senior in support of Advanced Tactical Radios. Within this role, your will be supporting our C4ISR area of business.


Responsibilities will include:

• Program management position to work with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) vendors that produce/repair ancillary equipment.
• Ensuring schedule commitments are met and ensuring product delivery/receipt is completed.
• Working with the vendor as well as with the customer and internal functional areas to ensure work is completed in the best and efficient possible course.
• Ability to communicate, be highly organized and work with internal and external customers to include USG, international customers and OEMs is key to success.
• Understanding financials and drive schedule will be essential.

Required Skills and Education

• Experience or in depth understanding of Program Management.
• Prior experience and tools, such as, Microsoft Office suite will be essential.
• Presentation capability will be needed to provide information to leadership.
• Ability to learn local databases will be useful in finding information.
• Communication skills are needed to ensure that day-to-day business is successful.

Preferred Skills and Education

• Bachelor's degree or higher and 8+ years of work experience.
• Preference for background in the following areas (optional): Engineering or PMP trained/certified or Finance.
