Service Advisor

Kocourek Subaru is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities: Greet customers promptly and professionally Gather customer and vehicle information accurately Clearly document vehicle concerns and symptoms described by customers Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle age, mileage, and service history Prepare accurate estimates for labor and parts Communicate repair timelines and establish follow-up expectations Monitor vehicle progress throughout the day and provide regular customer updates Ensure repair orders and final invoices accurately reflect completed work Review completed repairs and charges with customers in a clear and professional manner Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout the service process Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of experience in an automotive Service Advisor role Automotive dealership experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Positive attitude and team-first mindset CSI/customer satisfaction focused Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Benefits: Kocourek Automotive offers a comprehensive benefits package including: Paid Time Off Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Life Insurance 401(k) with generous company match Kocourek Automotive is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
