A fast-growing, $40M+ regional roofing and exterior contracting company is seeking a Director of Residential Sales to lead our residential division. This executive leadership role is ideal for a proven residential roofing sales leader who is ready to own strategy, build high-performing teams, and drive profitable growth.

What you'll do
- Lead, recruit, and develop a high-performing residential sales team.
- Own the residential division's P&L and sales strategy.
- Expand into new markets and drive sustainable growth.
- Build training programs, sales playbooks, and coaching systems.
- Oversee lead generation through digital marketing, canvassing, and referral programs.
- Deliver accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility to the executive leadership team.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of residential roofing sales experience.
- 3+ years of sales leadership or management experience.
- Proven success in building and scaling residential sales teams.
- Experience with retail (non-storm) roofing sales.
- Strong business acumen with P&L responsibility.
- Experience opening new territories or markets.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms such as AccuLynx, FollowUp Boss, or similar.
What we offer
- Base Salary: $110,000–$140,000
- Performance Bonus: Up to $100,000+
- Total Compensation Potential: $210,000–$240,000+
