How You Will Contribute Advise companies in the areas of revenue and margin management—margin transparency, product portfolio optimization, SKU rationalization, new product development, pricing, and margin recovery. Engage with C‑level management, conceive analytical plans, design actionable solutions, and develop implementation plans. Margin Transparency Evaluate current cost allocation processes and mechanisms. Assess current profitability by market, customer, product category, SKU, etc. Identify and quantify additional complexity‑driven cost‑to‑serve. Identify improvements for future product costing analyses and implementation. Assess potential for cost‑to‑serve premiums and targeted price adjustments and quantify impact on margin and profitability. Product Portfolio Optimization Assess competitive landscape and customer trends. Evaluate product portfolio (financial measures, product life‑cycle stage, competitive differentiation). Develop product‑category specific sales and investment strategies and implementation plans. SKU Rationalization Identify low or negative net‑margin SKUs and evaluate improvement opportunity. Evaluate potential for complexity reduction. Implement SKU rationalization and complexity reduction initiatives. Price Optimization Assess strategies and quantify profitability opportunities through pricing levers. Assess current pricing discipline across products, markets, and customers. Evaluate and improve pricing process. Assess potential for broad‑based and selective price increases. Evaluate if margin improvements are driven by volume, price, or mix. Margin Recovery Review costs to serve market value and potential pass‑through. Identify and implement recovery opportunities for complexity drivers. Assess current pricing/quoting processes and implement improvements. Professional Skills Project Management: Own and manage the high‑quality execution of projects. Project Fulfillment: Contribute to project work combining creative problem solving with analytical rigor. Data Manipulation & Analysis: Work with tools such as MS Excel, SQL Server, BI tools. People & Team Leadership: Motivate, develop and challenge all members of project teams. Client Relations: Manage client relationships and collaborate on requirements and recommendations. Qualifications Industry experience in B2B and business services; experience with PE relationships is a plus. Strong financial acumen and understanding of P&L and cost drivers. 7‑10+ years of experience focused on revenue and margin with pricing processes. Experience with value‑based, transactional, discount leakage, and pass‑through pricing. Analytical mindset and exposure to relational database, BI, and statistical tools. Strong quantitative mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Exceptional project management and presentation skills. Outstanding people development and management skills; ability to lead junior team members. Demonstrated experience providing intellectual leadership on complex projects. Ability to work independently in an unstructured environment. Consulting experience preferred. MBA from a top‑tier university preferred. The salary range is $150,000 — $225,000 annually, dependent on several variables including education, experience, skills, and geography. A&M offers a discretionary bonus program based on individual and firm performance. Full‑time Positions and Part‑time Positions Over 30 Hours Regular employees working 30 or more hours per week are entitled to participate in A&M Holdings’ fringe benefits, including healthcare plans, flexible spending accounts, life, AD&D, disability coverages, and a 401(k) retirement plan. Eligible employees also receive a discretionary contribution to their 401(k). Paid time off includes vacation, personal days, 72 hours of sick time (prorated for part‑time employees), ten federal holidays, one floating holiday, and parental leave. Part‑time Positions Under 30 Hours Regular employees working less than 30 hours per week are entitled to participate in A&M Holdings’ 401(k) retirement plan and receive a discretionary contribution.
