About the job IT Desktop Support Analyst IT Desktop Support Analyst needs 3 years IT Desktop support experience IT Desktop Support Analyst requires: OnSite 5 days a week. 3 years' work experience as an IT or Desktop Support Technician. Familiarity with networking systems and protocols. Knowledge of remote desktop support systems including TeamViewer. Possible OT required for this job (Afterhours and Weekends). Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science. Provide exceptional customer service in person, via phone, and email as appropriate. Dedicated C-Suite support New York office.
