Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN specializing in ICU and ER for a travel assignment in Southampton, NY. Key Responsibilities of the RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit

• Utilize the nursing process to provide comprehensive patient care
• Collect and report data relevant to patient's condition
• Assess appropriate lab and diagnostic data
• Document physical assessment findings and identify abnormalities
• Develop care plans based on patient needs
• Advocate for patients and their families
• Perform interventions as per patient needs and hospital policy
• Evaluate patient outcomes in relation to goals
• Adhere to safety guidelines and handle patient interactions with care
• Maintain professional demeanor and communication with peers and management
• Float to units including North 2, North 3, ICU/CCU, or ED as needed

Requirements of the RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing
• Current Licensure to practice in New York State
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, Moderate Sedation, and NIHSS certifications
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU and ER experience
• Must be able to work every other weekend
• Cardiac Cath experience preferred
