Location: Ocala, Florida

Schedule: 9am-8pm, Monday - Friday (Must have open availability between the hours listed)

Pay: $16-18/HR DOE

A growing mortgage servicing company is looking for a Customer CARE Specialist to join their fast-paced customer service team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and working in a professional call center environment.

The Customer CARE Specialist will assist customers with account questions, payment inquiries, and general support while providing a positive customer experience. This position includes both inbound and outbound calls and requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound customer calls and provide account support
• Make outbound welcome and payment reminder calls
• Assist customers with account updates and service questions
• Document customer interactions accurately
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality during all interactions
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments
• Meet daily call and performance goals
• Support administrative and customer service tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• At least 18 months recent Call Center Experience
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Previous call center experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy
