Pre-Analytical Biorepository Associate

We are seeking a Pre-Analytical Services Associate to join IQVIA Laboratories in Valencia, CA. You will support routine activities related to the receipt of clinical specimens and help keep operations running efficiently. Responsibilities Assist with the receipt of consignments and shipments, performing quality checks on patient information forms. Escalate incorrect, missing, or damaged shipments to senior staff. Dispose of or recycle kit shipping supplies; ensure no specimens remain in packaging via secondary checks. Respond to after-hour alarms and other critical functions. Support equipment maintenance, supply inventory, and workstation cleanup. Perform administrative duties as required. Handle receipt of compounds and control material, following safety procedures. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., frequent standing, walking, occasional sitting; requires close eye work (computer, typing, reading small prints). Basic computer skills; ability to maintain effective reporting procedures and workflow control. Proven ability to build effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients. Compensation The potential base pay range for this role is $25,300.00 – $52,700.00 annually. Compensation may vary with qualifications, location and schedule; incentive plans, bonuses or other forms of compensation may also be offered.
