Account Executive — Business Finance Sales | Flexibility Capital (NYC) Base + Uncapped Commission | $75K–$100K+ OTE | Clear Path to Senior AE & Team Lead Flexibility Capital helps small business owners across the country access the capital they need to grow — through different funding solutions. We're expanding our NYC sales team and looking for driven Account Executives who want more than a job: a real career trajectory in finance sales. What you'll do: Own a pipeline of small business owners seeking funding — from first outreach to close Make high-volume outbound calls (100+/day) using our CRM and dialer stack Present financing options tailored to each business's needs Get hands-on mentorship from senior AEs and leadership as you ramp What you'll get: Base salary + uncapped commission (realistic first-year OTE: $75K–$100K+) Paid training and a CRM/dialer setup that actually works What we're looking for: A track record of hitting goals or quotas — sales, customer service, recruiting, or another performance-based role (preferred, not required) Comfort with high-volume phone outreach and a commission-heavy pay structure Coachable, resilient, and motivated by uncapped upside Based in or able to commute to NYC (in-office role) Ready to build a career, not just take a job? #J-18808-Ljbffr FlexibilityCapital
