Starlux Spaces is seeking a motivated and self-driven Outside Sales Representative to help grow our commercial and residential flooring business throughout Southern California.

This is a commission-only contractor position with unlimited earning potential. We are looking for an individual who is comfortable prospecting, building relationships, and generating new business opportunities with builders, general contractors, property managers, facility managers, and commercial clients.

Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads and business opportunities

• Develop relationships with builders, general contractors, property managers, facility managers, and commercial clients

• Schedule meetings and site visits

• Follow up on proposals and open opportunities

• Attend networking events and industry functions

• Maintain prospect and customer information

• Collaborate with management to develop new business opportunities

Qualifications:

• Sales experience preferred

• Construction industry experience is a plus

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented

• Reliable transportation required

Compensation:

• Commission-only compensation
