About the Position

Job Title: CVOR Tech Profession: Surgical Services Specialty: CVOR Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours (18:00 - 06:30) Experience: Minimum of 2 years required License: Valid RN license required Certifications: BLS, ACLS (must be AHA) Must-Have: All candidates must be able to scrub all services to include: Cardiac, Thoracic, Vascular, Surgical Oncology, Plastics, Colorectal, Robotics, Pancreatic/Biliary, Endocrine, and Bariatric procedures. Description: Candidates will work three 12-hour shifts from 6 PM to 6:30 AM on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. There is no on-call requirement. Holiday coverage may be necessary. The hospital is a Level I Trauma Center and a Teaching Facility. Travelers may be assigned to emergency response teams during hurricane season, running from June through November. Candidates should complete all labs within 72 hours of signing or two weeks prior to any hard documentation due date. All time off requests must be provided at the time of submission for consideration. Candidates with a pending license must provide proof of application and complete the license process prior to start. Candidates will not be cleared to report for duty until the license is issued and active.
