Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an American Physical Therapy Association approved program, or Master’s/Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited APTA program. Current State License as a Physical Therapist (MI license required to practice in Michigan). Proof of current CPR (BLS) certification from AHA or ARC required. Current driver’s license, reliable transportation, and vehicle insurance required. Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting required. Experience with durable medical equipment and ordering/educating patients on DME preferred. Previous home care experience preferred. Ability to perform prolonged standing and walking, heavy lifting, bending, pulling and pushing as required for patient care. Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel locally as needed. Must read, write and speak fluent English.
