ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR II

Job Summary This leadership position assists the successful operation of Food & Nutrition Services in an Acute Care Hospital. The Associate Director of Food and Nutritional Services will oversee all foodservice-related activities, including patient and non‑patient care (retail, cafeteria, catering), quality improvement, sanitation, infection control, and all hospital‑related activities. This role requires a proactive manager who excels at problem identification and solution. Key Responsibilities Assist in ensuring client and customer satisfaction and efficient cost‑effective management. Direct and conduct safety, sanitation, and maintenance programs while maintaining excellent relationships with patients, the client, and other hospital departments. Promote professional growth and development of the team. Foster strong inter‑departmental relations and integrate the food‑service department with the facility’s plan of operations. Preferred Qualifications B.S. Degree in Food Services Technology/Management or related field; or A.A.
