Now Hiring: Granite Fabricator
Custom Countertop Inc 4905 N 56th St, Lincoln, NE 68504We are a busy granite and stone fabrication shop looking for a reliable and hardworking Fabricator to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Cut, shape, and polish granite, quartz, and other natural/engineered stone
- Operate saws, CNC machines, polishers, and other fabrication equipment
- Read and follow templates, drawings, and work orders accurately
- Ensure quality finishes and precise measurements
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Assist with material handling and shop organization
- Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
Requirements:
- Previous experience in granite, quartz, or stone fabrication preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for long periods
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures
- Basic math and measuring skills
Preferred but not required:
- Experience operating CNC equipment
- Knowledge of seam setting and edge profiling
- Experience with installation (a plus)
