Job Title: Patient Service Representative
Location(s): Brisbane, CA
(Hybrid: onsite 1-2 times a month)
- Call Center support for Ambulatory Clinical Home Teams.
- Approximately 50+ calls per day.
Education & Experience Requirements:
- High School graduate or equivalent with four years of related experience; OR
- College degree with 6 months of related experience; OR
- Equivalent combination of education and experience.
Additional Information:
- Non-APeX trained candidates are accepted.
- APeX training preferred.
Work Schedule:
- Onsite onboarding required.
- Shift timing will be either:
- 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (TBD)
- No weekends required.
