Metal Production Worker

Join our client's metal team and help create products their customers depend on every day. In this hands‑on production role, you will operate equipment, support manual and semi‑automated processes, and collaborate with team members to keep quality high and production running smoothly. Our client will provide cross‑training, skill development, member‑owner culture where your contributions matter. Job Title: Metal Production Worker Location: Mason City, Iowa Pay Range: $18.00 to $21.00 an hour What’s the Job? Operate production equipment and support daily manufacturing operations Inspect, sort, and package products to meet quality standards Perform routine maintenance and follow established work procedures Maintain a safe, clean, and team-focused work environment Cross-train and assist in other areas as business needs arise What’s Needed? Ability to use measuring tools and hand tools Comfort working while standing or sitting for long periods Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
