Job Description

• Create Customized Treatment Strategies: Assess individual patient needs and design personalized therapy plans aimed at achieving functional success
• Implement Therapeutic Interventions: Use evidence-based strategies to bolster patients' motor skills, cognitive function, and daily activities
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work alongside fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to deliver comprehensive and patient-centric care
• Educate Patients and Their Families: Train patients and caregivers on therapy techniques to encourage ongoing progress at home
• Track and Assess Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and make adjustments as necessary to ensure patients stay on track towards their goals

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational institution
• Continuing education or advanced certifications welcomed and supported

Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license is required
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandated
