Applying Grainger's Essential Skills framework, adult learning theory, and instructional design best practices, the role translates complex business needs into practical, engaging learning experiences across ILT, VILT, blended pathways, microlearning, and performance support. The role serves as both instructional designer and facilitator, creating and delivering learning assets while adapting in real time to maximize learner engagement, application, and sustained behavior change.
