Portfolio Manager

Overview Location: Chicago, IL Compensation: $120,000 – $250,000 Corgi is building and managing an investment portfolio aligned with the company’s objectives, liquidity needs, and risk tolerance. The role focuses on portfolio management within fixed income, public equities, ETFs, cash, and other approved investment vehicles. What You'll Do Manage Corgi's investment portfolio across fixed income, public equities, ETFs, cash, and other approved investment vehicles. Develop and implement investment strategies aligned with the company’s objectives, liquidity needs, and risk tolerance. Monitor portfolio performance and make recommendations to improve risk-adjusted returns. Conduct investment research and evaluate new opportunities across public markets. Analyze macroeconomic trends, interest rates, and market developments impacting the portfolio. Prepare investment reports and performance updates for leadership. Ensure the portfolio remains compliant with applicable investment guidelines and regulatory requirements. Partner with finance and executive leadership on capital allocation and treasury decisions. What We're Looking For 3+ years of experience in portfolio management, asset management, institutional investing, insurance investments, pension funds, hedge funds, or related field. Strong knowledge of portfolio construction, asset allocation, and risk management. Experience managing diversified investment portfolios. Excellent analytical and quantitative skills. Strong understanding of fixed income markets and public equities. CFA designation or progress toward a CFA is a plus. Insurance industry experience is a plus but not required. Why Corgi?
