The role We are looking for Product Designers and UX Specialists to join our Expert Network to train and evaluate cutting‑edge AI models using real design expertise. You will complete paid tasks, typically requiring one hour of uninterrupted work, and may earn up to $50 per hour. What you’ll bring Education: A BS, MS, or PhD in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), UX Design, Product Design, or a related field. Professional Experience: At least one year of experience designing digital products, conducting user research, or building design systems. Design Intuition: A deep understanding of usability heuristics, accessibility standards (WCAG), and user‑centered design principles. Analytical Critique: The ability to provide high‑quality feedback on UI layouts, user flows, and information architecture. What you’ll be doing in the role Evaluate LLM‑generated designs: assess AI‑generated wireframes, user flows, and product requirements for usability and logical consistency. Audit accessibility & inclusion: review model outputs to ensure they adhere to modern accessibility standards and inclusive design practices. Fact‑check UX principles: validate that model suggestions align with established design patterns and psychological principles such as Fitts's Law and Gestalt principles. Annotate design logic: identify gaps in user journeys, redundant steps in a flow, or poor visual hierarchy in AI‑proposed interfaces. Refine product requirements: evaluate AI‑generated PRDs for clarity, feasibility, and user value. Key technologies Design tools: Advanced knowledge of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Sketch. Prototyping: Experience with high‑fidelity prototyping tools such as Protopie or Framer and handoff processes. User research: Familiarity with tools like Maze, UserTesting, or Hotjar to validate design hypotheses.
