Brand Specialist II (Hybrid - Dublin, OH)

Role Overview The Brand Specialist supports the development, execution, and maintenance of the Nachurs Alpine Solutions (NAS) brand strategy to ensure a consistent, compelling brand presence across all channels. This role works closely with the marketing team and partners cross‑functionally with sales, technology, and agronomists, as well as with external media, publishers, and other vendors. Responsibilities Coordinate and manage large events, including the NAS annual meeting and significant annual trade shows, with marketing support. Support the development of brand positioning, messaging, and narratives aligned with business and growth objectives. Assist with brand strategy execution across campaigns, content, channels, and customer touchpoints while partnering with sales and technical teams. Collaborate with the creative marketing team on campaigns, content, and assets. Partner with key publishers, advertiser channels, promotional vendors, and other outside vendors to execute the branding strategy. Manage brand‑related projects and timelines, ensuring on‑time and high‑quality delivery. Support product launches and marketing initiatives to ensure brand alignment. Manage the internal branded clothing web store. Support management of the marketing brand budget. Monitor brand health metrics (awareness, sentiment, engagement, etc.) and translate findings into action. Conduct market, consumer, and competitive analyses to refine brand strategy and uncover insights. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in brand marketing, marketing communications, or a related field. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment. Strong understanding of branding principles and marketing channels. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience working with creative teams and vendors. Experience in the agriculture industry is desired. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Passionate about helping internal and external customers. Compensation and Benefits Base compensation ranges from $74,300 to $99,110, depending on location, skills, and experience. The position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and includes vacation, holidays, health, dental, vision, mental health, and retirement plan participation, with an employer contribution of up to 7% into a 401(k).
