Housekeeping Aide

Silvercrest is seeking a dependable, compassionate Housekeeping Aide to help create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents, families, and staff. If you take pride in your work, enjoy helping others, and want to make a difference every day, we'd love to meet you!
Responsibilities:Clean resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas
Follow infection prevention and sanitation procedures
Maintain a safe, organized, and comfortable environment
Restock housekeeping supplies as needed
Respond promptly to housekeeping requests
Work collaboratively with other departments to provide excellent resident care
Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail
Dependable attendance and positive attitude
Compassion for serving older adults
