Multi-Site Property Manager - Stillwater/Bayport, MN

Career Strategies is partnering with an established property management organization to identify an experienced Multi-Site Property Manage r to oversee a portfolio of four multifamily communities in the Stillwater/Bayport, Minnesota area.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated property management professional with affordable housing experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leading operations, driving occupancy, and delivering exceptional resident experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Property Operations & Financial Performance

• Oversee daily operations for a portfolio of four residential communities.
• Manage property budgets, monitor expenses, and maximize revenue performance.
• Maintain strong occupancy levels through effective leasing and resident retention strategies.
• Oversee rent collections, delinquency management, and fee collection efforts.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and affordable housing regulations.

Leasing & Marketing

• Execute marketing and outreach initiatives to drive qualified traffic.
• Conduct property tours and convert prospects into residents.
• Manage leasing activities, applications, renewals, and resident communications.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, vendors, and community partners.

Resident Services & Property Appearance

• Deliver exceptional customer service and timely resolution of resident concerns.
• Ensure communities maintain high standards of curb appeal and overall property condition.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to address work orders and property needs efficiently.
• Foster a positive living environment that residents are proud to call home.

Qualifications Required

• 2+ years of Multi-Site Property Management experience.
• Experience managing residential apartment communities.
• Experience with Yardi or similar property management software.
• Affordable Housing experience, preferably with Project-Based Section 8 communities.
• Strong knowledge of leasing, occupancy management, budgeting, and collections.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and work independently.
