BAI - US Commercial Forecasting Senior Manager, Cardiovascular

Senior Manager of Forecasting role within Amgen's Commercial Business Analytics & Insights team, focusing on cardiovascular business. Build forecasting models, provide strategic insights to leadership, and collaborate across functions to support commercial decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain forecasting models using trend analysis, regression, and scenario planning techniques
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align forecasts with business strategy and assess market impacts
- Present forecasts and insights to senior leadership; serve as subject matter expert on assumptions
- Leverage data visualization tools to communicate complex insights to technical and non-technical audiences
- Manage and train one offshore contract worker
Requirements
- Doctorate degree and 2 years forecasting, analytics or finance experience
- OR Master's degree and 4 years relevant experience
- OR Bachelor's degree and 6 years relevant experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
- Strong statistical modeling and data analysis skills
- Ability to influence senior leadership and gain cross-functional alignment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
