Loan Servicing Representative

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Loan Servicing Representative to support mortgage loan operations in a fast-paced, production-driven environment. In this role, you will review and validate closing disclosures for retail mortgage loans to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with guidelines. Responsibilities include reconciling fees, researching discrepancies, verifying supporting documentation, and documenting findings within internal systems.

Job Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Review closing disclosures for closed retail mortgage loans to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Reconcile recording fees, identify variances, research discrepancies, and ensure issues are resolved or properly documented.
• Perform nonnumeric disclosure review to confirm correct presentation and alignment with supporting documentation.
• Validate supporting materials including credit reports, closing documents, and recording/feerelated items.
• Research inconsistencies or missing information and take appropriate corrective action.
• Document findings clearly and accurately within internal systems.
• Support additional disclosurerelated processes as assigned.
• Maintain quality and productivity expectations in a fastpaced, timetracked operations environment.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Loan Servicing support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, consulting, training, military experience, or education.
• Strong research, analytical, and problemsolving skills.
• Proficiency using computers and multiple systems in an office/operations environment.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately in a productiondriven setting.
• High attention to detail, especially in nonnumeric content review.
• Dependable, collaborative, and able to learn quickly with internal training provided.
• Professional experience in an office or operations environment (cubicle setting preferred).

Desired Qualifications:

• Prior experience in mortgage lending, loan servicing, or loan operations (helpful but not required).
• Exposure to quality control, compliance review, or disclosure review functions.
• Experience working for another lender (not required; processes may differ).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and draw conclusions.
• Ability to make independent decisions in a fastpaced, resultsdriven environment.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
