Make purchase suggestions and occasionally work with the food program. Maintain store appearance and provide fast and friendly service inside and outside the store. Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance. Interact with customers daily while working with a fun, energetic team to accomplish daily tasks. Desired Skills Excellent customer care and friendly conversation. Rapid pacing while maintaining a fun environment. Team teamwork to reach daily goals. Problem‑solving with quick ideas and suggestions. Preferred Qualifications Retail and customer service experience. Sales associate or cashiering experience. High school diploma or equivalent. Motivation to advance in career and willingness to learn and have fun. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours. Lift or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes per shift. Occasionally lift or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level. Push or pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds. Bend at the waist with twisting up to one hour per shift.
