What You'll Do

• Complete maintenance service requests quickly and professionally
• Prepare apartment homes for new residents (make-readies)
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general building components
• Perform carpentry, drywall, painting, and preventative maintenance
• Maintain community amenities, grounds, and common areas
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies
• Provide outstanding customer service to residents every day

What We're Looking For

• Previous multifamily/apartment maintenance experience required
• HVAC experience required
• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) strongly preferred
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple service requests
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and basic hand tools
• Positive attitude with a strong commitment to quality and resident satisfaction
