Complete Equipment Rentals (CER) is expanding, and we're looking for an experienced, creative, and results-driven person to take our brand, marketing, and lead-generation efforts to the next level.

Serving contractors, industrial companies, municipalities, and commercial customers throughout New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania, CER has built its reputation on exceptional service, premium equipment, and long-term customer relationships.

This is an exciting opportunity to build and lead the marketing function for a growing company . Working directly with the Director of Sales and Executive Leadership, you'll develop campaigns that generate qualified leads, strengthen the CER brand, support our sales team, and contribute directly to company growth.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google, and other relevant platforms.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns, content calendars, social media, and online engagement.
• Maintain and optimize the company website, SEO strategy, landing pages, and online presence.
• Generate qualified leads through email marketing, CRM campaigns, digital initiatives, and targeted outreach.
• Create professional sales presentations, brochures, product literature, customer newsletters, promotional materials, and other marketing collateral.
• Maintain consistent CER branding across digital media, print materials, vehicles, apparel, signage, and trade shows.
• Plan and coordinate customer appreciation events, open houses, trade shows, equipment demonstrations, and other company events.
• Develop compelling content, including equipment spotlights, customer testimonials, jobsite photography, videos, employee features, and promotional campaigns.
• Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities, support customer acquisition, and develop sales-enablement materials.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators, including website traffic, lead generation, social engagement, campaign ROI, and overall marketing performance.
• Continuously evaluate new marketing channels, technologies, and strategies that can help CER increase brand awareness and revenue.

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of professional marketing experience , preferably in a growth-oriented environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Hands-on experience with SEO, Google Analytics, CRM platforms, email marketing, and digital advertising.
• Proficiency with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management, organizational, and time-management abilities.
• Creative thinker with a strong eye for branding, content, and presentation.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with sales, leadership, and other departments.
• Construction, industrial, manufacturing, or equipment rental experience is a strong plus.
